₹999 a month covers your clinic — every in-clinic visit, unlimited — plus your first 20 teleconsults. ₹49 per teleconsult after that. Patient doesn't show — you pay nothing. Your bill can never cross ₹12,499.
A receptionist costs ₹15,000 a month and sleeps at night. This doesn't.
Medical services are GST-exempt, so you cannot claim input credit. The numbers you actually pay: ₹1,179 · ₹58 per teleconsult · ₹14,749 maximum. Invoices stay standard — ex-GST plus an 18% GST line.

A new teleconsult follow-up counts. A message to someone you already saw does not. In-clinic follow-ups stay in the ₹999. Text, voice, and video are the same ₹49 — we never look at what you charge the patient. The 20 included each month and the ₹12,499 ceiling are what leave room for it.

Founding ten
The first ten doctors get the ₹999 base waived for three months — in-clinic stays included, you pay only ₹49 per completed teleconsult, and the cap still applies. That price is locked for twelve months. In exchange: a case study and two warm introductions. After ten, the offer is gone.
